I have lived at Kingston Quay for over 16 years now as an owner , so I know how bad it was  and how much it has changed in the last 2 years . I started working with the current factor Managing Estates Ltd and my goal is to make Kingston Quay a place that we are all proud to call home . With the support of all the team we will continue to improve the development over the next few years, and have KQ the place that people will desire to live in Glasgow.

Robert Wilson

Having worked for 35 years in security roles and the last 9 years at Kingston Quay , I get great pleasure with how things have turned around at KQ. I am proud of my team and everyone who works hard to make KQ the place it is today , a safe and secure place to live and proud to call home. When not working I enjoy playing pool as part of a team and doing the odd bit of gardening . I also look forward to getting away as much as possible to see my twin grand daughters who live in Oklahoma.

I started working with Palmaris in November 2000 in various roles and places and have been working night shifts at Kingston Quay for 9 years now . Doing the night shift I have noticed a big change in the building over the last 2 years , as it feels so much safer now as we no longer have Airbnb and large groups turning up at weekends. When I am not at work I like to switch off and just relax at home.

I have worked in various roles in security over the years and have been working at the Kingston Quay development now for 9 ½ years. I enjoy the diversity as know  2 days are the same at KQ and feel we have really turned a corner now and KQ. Out with work I enjoy following a certain Glasgow football team that play in blue and try to get to as many games home and away as possible , and I also like to go to the gym as much as possible as I love my food.

I have worked for 30 years now in various roles in the security industry , especially working in hospitality sector . For the last 7 ½ years I have been working at Kingston Quay . Out with work I enjoy most sports including football , rugby and boxing as I taking part in these for a number of years and love spending time with my children.

I have been at Kingston Quay for just over 11 years now in various roles from cleaning to now being one of the caretakers. I enjoy turning my hand to lots of different types of jobs and get pleasure in keeping on top of things at KQ as there is always something needing done. When I am not at work I enjoy doing odd jobs for family and friends and spending time with my family.

I have worked at Kingston Quay part time for almost 2 years now . I enjoy spending time with my family and I am kept very busy with my 6 month old son . I also enjoy art and do try and paint when I get any spare time.
