Whats To Come
Exciting changes are on the horizon for the KQ building as we embark on a comprehensive upgrade project. We are committed to enhancing the living experience for our residents by revitalizing our community spaces and modernizing our facilities. The planned upgrades include new resurfaced roofs and upgraded amenities such as new lifts, fresh internal and external painting, and a beautifully landscaped outdoor area. In addition, we are investing in energy-efficient features to promote sustainability and reduce our environmental footprint Such as new lighting throughout. These improvements will not only elevate the aesthetic appeal of our apartment block but also create a more functional and comfortable living environment for all residents. We are thrilled about what’s to come and look forward to unveiling the transformed spaces that will enrich the lives of everyone in our community.

Progress Update
The first phase of the main internal redecoration program at Kingston Quay is now finished . So all corridors and lift areas are freshly painted and new carpet tiles haveĀ been fitted throughout.Ā
The caretakers have now finished fixing the bin room hoppers back in place and are justĀ finishing off filling the holes and painting all the bin rooms. New vinyl flooring will thenĀ be put down in all bin rooms over the next few months once we have funds in place.
Bin room lights and doors that were faulty have been fixed and the remainder that areĀ still faulty will have new fitments and door closers fitted over the next couple ofĀ months, thus reinstating all back to where they should be.
300 light sensors have now been fitted in the building with a view to reducing theĀ monthly electric cost and if successful more will be added in the future.
Garden / Courtyards have all been power washed with all bushes and trees cut back inĀ preparation for the spring when new plants and flowers will be planted throughout theĀ garden areas at KQ.
New external lighting has been installed at all Cores lighting up the exterior of theĀ building.
We have now had five companies out regarding the roofing/balcony issues at KingstonĀ Quay and will be looking at the various options available once funds permit over theĀ next 6-12months.
Kingston Quay is now looking at rebranding the building via a new website and socialĀ media platforms , this will start in February 24 and will be ongoing .
We are also looking for as many reviews by owners and tenants at KQ , so these can beĀ added to the new website and help change the negative impression that the buildingĀ has gained over the last 5+ years via the press and social media.Ā (Please email your reviews to kqmanager@estatespm.co.uk)
